• Modul Admin-Tools: Extension-Manager
• Edit area: [Get preconfigured distribution]
• Install Launch TYPO3 Responsive! (launchstart)
• Frontend: Click [Launch your TYPO3-project]

You can launch TYPO3 Responsive in an empty instance of TYPO3 or in an instance, which contains other websites.
